About this app

The Muko app is aimed specifically at young people suffering from cystic fibrosis and is intended to help them and motivate them to be physically active in order to improve their health.

Users can collect their activity as diary entries and put together their own training plans from ready-made exercises. This data is stored directly on the user’s device. Therefore, no account or internet connection is required.

TRAINING DIARY
Register when you go for a walk, ride a bike, play club sports, and much more! See how active you've been over the last few weeks!

TRAINING PLANS
Create your own training plan from many ready-made exercises with descriptions and videos! The app guides you through the training with your plan.

DESIGN YOUR PLAY FIGURE
You can design the figure that shows you the exercises yourself! Change hairstyle, hair color, clothes and more. The more activities you enter in the app, the more options you can unlock!

WEEK GOAL
Achieve an average of 60 minutes of activity per day. The app shows you how much you have already accomplished!

APPRECIATE YOUR EFFORT
Write down in your diary how strenuous the activity was. Rate it using the BORG scale.
