Ratings and reviews

I think it is useful when all correct information is entered, but I think there should be a more helpful search engine in it, giving suggestions and simply crossing out stations/routes that aren't possible. I use Google Maps to make a route, and input in Eurail, sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. I'm thankful for it anyway.

Traveling by train with the Eurail app is the best way to get around in Europe. The app has a steep learning curve but once you figure it out it's easy and quick. After three tries and a sleepless night, at 4 am, I found the one video that had what I was doing wrong! Watch a lot of videos! Make one trip named for yourself, connect your code to that, and use it exclusively. Any other trip names are useless! Buon viaggio!

the app needs improvement. reservations (ticket purchase) don't automatically use a travel day. I just received a very stern scolding for not activating my day prior to boarding the train. There are a number of other challenges like no same day reservations when reservations are required, food add on to first class is required by some trains but not available in the app. Eurail customer service is slow. you will miss trains waiting for human response. no phone number to call for urgent issues.
