Clean and simple. It would be nice to be able to have a loner rest than 10 seconds for us old folks. How about a Max of 30? I know it can be done by adding rests but it would be nice to not have to do that. How do I delete steps that were inadvertently added?
Can you tell me doing 5 mins every day or whatever time does this app make us do, will it be enough to cut down belly fat and how long does it take to make a difference ?
seems like simple exercise but damnnn 5 minutes feels like an hour. i'm sweating hard doing 5 sets the 5 minutes combo.

It's the best app there is as far as plank is concerned, interface is simple and nice and the ticking timer helps to concentrate on your exercise rather than looking at the screen everytime .
Exercise strip removes fat from the abdomen, gluteal muscles, strengthen your back muscles, etc.
