While you are on the video chat with a Ferguson representative, you will be able to do the following: Communicate in a personal face-to face experience to apply for new membership, open an account, apply or a loan or mortgage, and conduct your basic banking needs. See educational and informative content your representative displays for you, upload documents or images requested by the representative, and review contracts or agreements the representative has prepared. Provide approvals on documents, terms and conditions, and sign agreements and contracts. This app is a safe, enjoyable, and effective way to communicate with your trusted Ferguson representative while you are in the safety of home or on the go.
