Lately it has a pop-up every single time I go to sign in the app, trying to force me to use my fingerprint when I don't want to. Account Information is often unavailable after midnight due to "maintenance". Bill Pay feature takes a whole week or more to process, sometimes resulting in Late Payments. Accounts with extra lengthy grace periods seem ok, but revolving accounts such as credit cards need to be paid from the biller's end (not from the bank) to avoid arriving too early or Past Due.

Newest update is definitely not better, nor is it more user friendly. In fact it is less user friendly and takes twice as long or longer. Transfers between certin accounts gives an error such as funding account is invalid, yet the account is clearly in my list. App regularly crashes or says there has been an error after putting in account info, have to log in multiple times now.

Fingerprint login stopped working. Used to work great, since latest update I can no longer use my fingerprint to login. Won't even let me re-enroll my fingerprint. Problem only exists within this app. Aside from that, it's an average at best banking app. As others have said, there is a lot of "service unavailable" and "maintenance".
