The following review was for the Group Health App. - I rarely have any problems with the app. The convenience is awesome! Compared to the old days of having to do everything over the phone, I love being able to easily reorder meds, make appointments and best of all, being able to email my Doctor or his staff right from my phone or Tablet. Fast!!
This thing SUCKS. I try to log in, the password part has a bunch of "······" that goes on forever. Can't delete them. Says my password or user ID is incorrect. It WAS working fine this morning, no changes to my phone or anything. I uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. Group Health's was FAR BETTER.
This is horrible. I am used to the Group Health app that is 1000x better than this. This doesn't have records from your visits or medications you had in the past. And now it won't let me even log in. Super disappointed.
Update 4 : You're email link is bogus as well Update 3 : FIX THIS DAMN APP JERKS !# Update 2: FIX THE DAMN APP !!###!!!! Update: Company will not update this app nor return any emails nor fix any problems. Great new company huh. I can't even open it. My phone crashes when I try to use it. I need to order my meds. Please fix this piece of crap so we can log in, and that gives me time to repair my phone.. Life just easier huh. On what planet. Over 40 1 star reviews. Hope the doctors aren't like the app..
Updated my Group Health app. After installation of the update, tapped Open from the Play page, the app "stopped working." Tried to open from app drawer, said "app not installed." Deleted app (which was, by the way, definitely installed). Reinstalled app. Tapped Open from Play page. "App stopped working." Tapped on app in app drawer. "App stopped working." How can that be when the app wasn't working to start with??? So now I don't even have the old GH app, since I updated to this piece of junk. Y'all definitely need to fix this. I'm only giving it a star because I can't submit this review without rating at least one star. It doesn't even deserve that.
Unable to load KP app to my Fire tablet. On my phone I can but my member site shows no process for emailing my health providers. I hope this changes, it is a necessary feature.
