GET STARTED
To log in to the mobile app, use your Georgia United username and password or if you are a first-time user, select the enroll link to set up your account. Once you’ve set up your account, enable fingerprint or facial recognition for added convenience.

Ratings and reviews

For some bizarre reason everytime I try to log in on the app using the password I created it will tell me wrong password. I will then enter the same password online and it will allow me to login. Something isn't matching up with the app and online banking, if my password is "wrong" it shouldn't allow me to sign in online, which it has and multiple times too. I've also had to change my password maybe over 10 times for that same reason, and it still continues. This new app is frustrating!

I wasn't able to articulate to a customer service rep I talking to, but thanks to the people leaving the comments. I was trying to tell her I like the old version that showed you balance after making any purchase. With this new version, I keep getting more transfer fees because I am not sure if it was enough in my account checking account after paying a bunch of bills, especially with the pending purchase delays.

The app is really pretty, but I can't label any of my accounts. In order to figure out which account is what, I have to look at the balance, and then look at the transactions to figure out whose account it is. Extremely frustrating. There's also no way to contact support except for a phone number or an email that opens a separate app which I do not use. It would be helpful to have a chat or a message system within the app.
