Update:. Changing from 2 to 1 star. Kept getting an error message using biometrics so had to switch to pin authentication. Now getting constant error message and crashing to the point that I cannot view transactions. Useless app. Absolutely terrible compared to apps from other financial institutions. Poorly designed. Way too many clicks just to check my account balance.

Trancstion history displays horribly. 3-4 transactions per page. I have 3 membership and constantly Jumping to each is inconvenient. You can transfer in to your other membership accounts but you can transfer out. Mobile deposit. Get rid of the $1000 per check. If my limit is $3000 for the day why do need to be stopped at $1000 max per check? This app is new as of 2019 but already needs a revamp. I want to see all of my accounts upon signing in. The old app was way better.

Unable to pay principal only on loans on the app or web browser...i would not get another loan from this bank for that reason alone. They need to improve the way customers can pay off loans.... like every other bank we have used.
