Considering the real estate available on a phone, this is a great compact UI and contains most of the features of ghe Windows version. My one gripe is that due to its compactness not everything is as intuitive as it might be e.g. it took me ages to locate the Track toggle. A bit of documentation or even a few labelled screenshots would make this pretty near perfect. A must have for the on the go composer.

For me TuxGuitar is the uncontested king (so far) of the phone guitar editor apps. While it shows one track at a time, I can switch back and forth between tracks in the middle of MIDI playback, it has all the basic tuplets, you can double a note in grace note to imitate a h.o. from nowhere, palm mutes, accents, any shortcomings are mostly the same as the PC version although it doesn't bounce you back to the beginning every time you save. It leaves the app for GP in its dust.

Great app. So many features. But I would add some more. When you want to scroll at the end of the song you have to do the hard way, using your thumb. There should be some indicator on the side by which you can scroll down fast. For Grace note there should be option for how many and on what string. There should be select, copy, paste options. And for learning you should be able to play selected passage in loop. Otherwise great app.
