I have used this Spire app since it first came out. We have been with Spire for over 30 years. We never had an issue with that program. Now that we have Blaze, we have many issues, and now our icon has disappeared. It doesn't show app in my apps list. Now I have to go into settings, and it shows there. It is in my apps, so if I want to use it, I have to search for It to use it..... Someone needs to FIX the coding, which could be done with several lines of code.

As a long time Hiway member, the app used to be great. Now it takes forever for it to load and often I refresh sometimes more than once to actual get it to load. In addition, the bottom tool bar does not stay locked to the bottom of the window so everything scrolls up. I am not pleased on what appears to be little attention to such a critical app. I have similar problems with the computer browser based home banking with the slow loading.

The previous version was *so* much better. It allowed a quick view of your accounts without having to log in, navigating between accounts was easier, and it was far more responsive and fluid. This version is clunky, slow, and cumbersome to use, at best. This wasn't progress and it's very disappointing to have *this* as the app to use now that the merger is complete. Sad.
