I was hesitant to download another flippin app, however, this one was worth it. Very use friendly, easy to set appt, easy to put in information, no guessing has expectations for next steps. The only part that I felt was a little cumbersome was the intake after describing symptoms in your own words. Having to pick symptoms with the automated chat could've been smoother and I feel it could go in the wrong direction quick, then you have to start over. Overall, though, great experience.

This was my second time using the 24/7 service and I am impressed. I was able to book an appointment same day at a time that worked around my work and personal schedule. The providers were attentive, kind, caring, compassionate, and the process was simple. Thank you for providing such and amazing service.

TERRIBLE, AWFUL, WORTHLESS app, won't load, won't upload id/ insurance card. Contacted support line multiple times which resulted in NO SUPPORT! HMH support does nothing but walk you through tech support for an app that doesn't load👌I DO NOT RECOMMEND!?! Finally make an appointment through the app. Just before the appointment HMH calls to tell me the app isn't working and there are NO APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE!?! So huge waste of time and energy. HMH doesn't care about patients, or Healthcare!!!
