Add Tags, Notes, Images & Geo-Information: By enhancing transactions with custom tags, notes or photos of a receipt or check, you have the ability to stay organized and find exactly what you’re looking for when searching through your finances.

Contact: Locate ATMs or branches and contact Houston Federal Credit Union customer service directly from the app.


SAFE AND SECURE
The app utilizes the same bank-level security that protects you when you’re on Internet Banking. The app also features a unique 4-digit passcode setting that prevents unauthorized access.


GETTING STARTED
To use the Houston Federal Credit Union App, you must be enrolled as a Houston Federal Credit Union Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

Not happy with the recent update at all! before the update the app had a separate lock screen with pin from my phone which I liked because I didn't have a lock screen and I didn't need to put A pin in to access my phone, the app had its own pin I would put in to access my account. But now the app forced me to put a lock screen and pin on my phone and on top of that I STILL NEED TO PUT THE PIN IN TO ACCESS THE APP! a small inconvenience but very frustrating and very annoying!

why is there an update required literally every other week...this starts to make me think someone is hacking behind the scenes because this is ridiculous as updates shouldn't not be this frequent for the past 3 months

Extremely annoying that my transaction notes keep disappearing sometimes. This is not the first time I've had to rewrite them. Please fix this bug
