great app, the UI and UX could be updated a bit with easier navigation, more intuitive interface, more depth in the lab results with better explanations of the categories, what they mean, and if the results were great, good, bad, etc. Overall, it gets the job done, but definitely a legacy outdated UI compared to others

I can't log in online or on the app. This is an update - and it still sucks. No app on no OS, not even Windows, will let me log in. "There was an issue loading your information". If I could give the site 0 stars, I would. It's not just the app. Funny thing.. I can SEE my info behind the "error". The dashboard is perfectly normal. But the error overlays it and when you click ok, it auto logs you out. Epic fail.

I have been using the app as well as the website for many years. The app is slow, but recently it stopped working to view any lab results at all. When I contacted tech support, they made the assumption that I was waiting for covid results, and told me to check back in a couple days. I get labs done every week and can always view them the same day. I tried refreshing as suggested, and it still doesn't work, it hasn't worked in weeks. It also still doesn't work on the actual website as well.
