I want to give this 5 stars so badly. Let me first say that this is the most helpful app. it runs when you're not in it, it has ENTIRE SERMONS. it's great teaching, great layout, and usability once you get in. the one problem I have with the app is when I want to sign in I can't without needing to change the password every single time. It loads for a second but it says on the same screen, even if it's correct. The closing randomly wouldn't be so bad if not for this. ld like to access the 3030.

My rating is for the current updated version. I have listened and enjoyed Joyce daily for years. The issue began when there was an updated version applied to my phone in 6/25. Now the screen goes black, and the video quits playing after 7 min. Then again, each 7 min or so, as you continue to restart the video. It's very frustrating! I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice, making sure I have the official app. Help!

I've been using this app for a very long time with no complaints but this recent upgrade is problematic. It no longer overrides the phone screen timeout if it's in full screen, and if you switch to picture in picture it closes the video if you try to go back to full screen. You have to close the app completely to reset. I've tried adjusting every possible setting on my phone to keep the video active, but it seems to be something in the app. The videos also randomly stop playing.
