Earthquakes Love to see where earthquakes are. Yes I agree a needed update is overdue. So,, down to 2 stars. Won't boot up ,says there is no connection. But I am connected. I love looking up where earthquakes hit, especially since we had 4.0 last week. Thanks, I would like to give this app 5 stars again.
With the earthquake in Oklahoma two weeks ago, I would think that they would be making a update pretty quick. I live in Springfield Mo, and the glass on my entertainment center was rattling for about 15 seconds. That's the first time that this city has ever felt a term er or anything, as we are fairly close to the New Madrid Fault. Let's have a update!
NEEDS UPDATE BADLY!!!! Last was in 2012 before USGS changed API and quake data web pages so is missing most events and can't get to details for those it does manage to pick up. Used to be my favorite quake info app (SF'er so very sensitive to them) but now CAN'T BE TRUSTED to have timely and accurate information. PLEASE UPDATE OR PULL FROM PLAY APP-MKT!!!!
Slow I have it set to check every 15 minutes and to sound an alarm. Many times it hasn't sounded the alarm at all, many times an hour or more late and this last alarm was 6 hours late. Nowhere near reliable.
Decent enough, but outdated App works well enough, but USGS changed their links months ago so you can't get more info through the app.
Needs update for smartwatches. Update the notification for quakes to show the magnitude, location and distance away. If this is changed, I will give it 5-stars.
- fix force close when refreshing
- support for Android 3 / 4, Google TV
- other minor fixes
