About this game

XScreenSaver is a large collection of historic and educational graphics demos.

These all work as both Daydreams and Live Wallpapers.

XScreenSaver is the standard screen saver collection shipped on most Linux and Unix systems. I released the first version in 1992. In 2006, I ported it to MacOS, and in 2012 I ported it to iOS. This is the Android port, 2016.

Beautiful screensaver collection. You want PC style and quality screensavers on Android, this is exactly that, since it is that, ported from a Free software project

Excellent port. In case anyone is wondering, you configure them by going to Xsceeensaver>daydreams, selecting the one you want to configure, and pressing the Info button next to it. the changes instantly take effect on desktop and lock screen. Finally Goop, Atlantis and Boxfill (circles only) can greet me every day... dream of dreams

Just like xscreensaver on your favorite desktop Linux! I first discovered it in 2003 or 2004 and having so many unique Screensavers was a treat!! Especially the Open GL ones, very impressive. Equally impressive seeing them render on my phone. No ads of course. Open source would make android a better place.

What's new

New hack, Hex Trail.
Marbling works again.
Adjusted some of the very old hacks, which were written when pixels were larger, to be more visible on today's higher rez displays.
