This app is okay but a lot of the time, it doesn't connect to the meter. When it doesn't, I'm advised by my doctor to re pair the device which is a hassle. Luckily, I just kept turning on and off the device and the app and it finally read my most recent reading. I shouldn't have to go through that. There should be an option in the app where if it's not reading the meter, we should be allowed to MANUALLY put in our reading from the device and upload a picture as proof.

Most of the time I try to figure out why its not syncing when both bluetooth on each device (phone and meter) are on and its paired. It's irritating and frustrating when I have to call the tech every single time this happen. Its a waste of time when people using this app and have issues but no improvement judging from the reviews. I wanted to do some reading but it kicks me out, can someone do something about this app..?? Thank you.

For the first 3 weeks of using the app, it would sync (albeit, it took a while). In the last week or two, it fails at syncing most of the time. I'll have to restart the app, restart the Verio, or restart my phone to get it to sync. Horribly inefficient and frustrating. In addition, after syncing results, the app refreshes itself multiple times while you're trying to enter notes. Sometimes it refreshes 7+ times before it stops spazzing out, so you just have to stand there and wait.b
