The sent folder for messages does not show my most recent messages. I had to login via PC to figure this out, and it led me to send multiple duplicate messages for no reason. The inbox also does not show all of my messages. You click load more but it's times out and says it loaded more, but it actually does not show any further messages no matter how many times you click it. A "search" feature would be nice to help us find important health records amongst the vast array of messages. Those are the only issues I have discovered, thus far.
App freezes at email verification and will go no further. Both yes and no buttons are unresponsive. Same for forgotten user id - submit button doesn't work. Please fix, app is unusable. Also, to make the date of birth entry a calendar starting with the current date is annoying. There aren't going to be a lot of app users over ten years old, so making the only way to select the date be to click back one month at a time from the current date is tedious and irritating. STILL DOESN'T WORK 11-12-17!
Pharmacy page not working: App shows prescription is in process of being filled, which I didn't request. This was true on website as well. This has been in error for 2 months and took a visit to the pharmacy to correct. I need mail order for a reason. Need a faster and more efficient error reporting process. I tried 3 times to get information to correct this and it is still false. Given that I need this med, I depend on the app to work.
This app is not working on the Note 8. The buttons that appear on the bottom are unusable, so I can't write my doctor or schedule an appointment, or submit an order. I'll change my review when you update your coding for a larger screen
Was 5 stars, but the last update broke the ability to write messages to my doctor. Will be 5 stars again if they fix it. Edit: last update broke the app even further. Now it requires you to accept terms of service, but the button doesn't work. As a result the app is now completely non functional.
This app doesn't work as well as it should (or at all). Sometimes I'll place an order for refill with more than one item and it looks like it didn't go through when it does. Other times like today I place an order for one item and it says it went through but on the website and phone refill it didn't. So not only am I taking 5 minutes on the app to do it but another 10 minutes doing the automated call and then being transferred over to a pharmacy tech who has to fill it. I miss Rite Aid where I could fill it on the app or online and it'd go through! Rite Aid also has automatic refills which would be nice if Kaiser did too for my prescriptions I need every 30 days.
