Worse than useless! It used to be that I could sign in and at least order my meds. It would not allow me to look at upcoming appointments because it wold sit there and say "Loading" until it timed out. It would blow up when trying to view test results. Now all that was in the past. Now with thus new version, it blows up when trying to sign in. Better to loose the app and use the Web interface.
Slow and stops all the time App constantly stops working, system error then closes. Take up to a minute to load if it even gets that far. Used to work great last three updates have made performance worse.
Can't sign on Everytime I try to sign on it takes me to another page, sign in again, then it can't display the messages I am trying to get. I usually end up going to my pc to read messages. Used to be great but not anymore.
KP App For the most part I like the way it works and can be very informative. However my spouse for the last few years, the app has not been helpful, and I am lead to understand that he falls into a small percentage of the membership that has trouble with the App working correctly for him. This has gone on too long and needs to be rectified!!
This app sucks. Last time I used it it was really glitchy, now I can't even log in. This app really sucks.
Will give 5 stars once issues are sorted keeps giving message we are having technical difficulties or not even loading Been a few days now and cannot log in to check my needs. Please sort this out as soon as you can cause this is a great tool when it works like it should.
