This is the first time i used this app after deleting an earlier version. While it does have "promise" it needs a lot of work to be made "user friendly." One example: deleting messages. I do NOT need to read appointment reminders. It is ridiculous and a waste of my time. There should be an easy way to BULK select and delete messages EVEN IF UNREAD. A second, easy fix, ismto replace the 3 horizontal lines innthe upper left with WORDS: messages, pharmacy, etc. Why make users do TWO steps?
What I don't like if you forget your user ID and you put in date of birth it makes you scroll tediously not only until you get to your birth day, but until you get to your birth YEAR instead of just being able to simply type the date in like this: 🙄 01/02/3456. Just a bad design on that part. Other than that the app is great
The Pharmacy Rx ordering has been rendered totally unusable by the latest update to this app. After using it w/o problems for the past couple of years, the latest version makes it a confusing mess and completely worthless. It was working - why did you break it? Unbelievable! Please fix!
This app used to be usable. It has been going down hill for the last couple updates. Attempts to refill a prescription are foiled due to poor interface design. While I can select my prescription to refill, the option to "checkout" is gone an I have not found the new way to complete the order.
Don't forget your user ID! To recover it they need your birthday, but you can't just type it. You have to swipe back, ONE MONTH @ A TIME, until you get to the year & month. For 1929 I had to swipe 1056 times - dumb thumb dumb!
The Kaiser Mobile APP continues to suffer. Cannot order RX's from the app. When I select a RX, a the number of RX's selected appears in a WHITE circle imposed over the CART symbol in the upper right of the screen. When you tap on the cart, nothing happens; the screen does not move to the next steps necessary to complete your order. The tier2websupport people don't get it. They refused to acknowledge there are tech issues with their app. How many others are having this issue? Please comment if you are. Thanks!
