About this app

Ma-Puca is a mobile application that facilitates access to public information about the international and national regulatory framework of Costa Rica, Guatemala and Honduras related to indigenous communities and peoples.

Features:
• Intuitive navigation through the regulatory framework of each country
• Search for documents by keyword or topic
• Access to full texts of laws, decrees and agreements

Ma-Puca collects and organizes information from official and publicly accessible sources, under the protection of:
1). the principles of transparency of the General Secretariat of the United Nations (ST/SGB/2007/6),
2) the terms and conditions of use of the OAS website (https://www.oas.org/es/terminos_condiciones.asp),
3). the ILO open access policy (https://www.ilo.org/es/derechos-y-autorizaciones),
4). Article 75 of the Law on Copyright and Related Rights (04/11/1982) of Costa Rica,
5). Article 68 of the Copyright and Related Rights Law of Guatemala (Decree No. 33-98), and
6). Article 54 of the Law on Copyright and Related Rights of Honduras (Decree No. 4-99-E)
