Owóksape is a fun new learning platform for the Lakota language. We focus on providing quality curriculum developed with fluent native speakers and language learning experts.

Ratings and reviews

As a person who likes to learns languages I really like how you learn and progress. Building up on a premises - like how you learn colours and ask what colour and how to response yes or no. It's not just heres some words but actually how to use the words and build sentences. Most language apps are just word lists which are not very useful.

I'd like to learn and explore the language. Unfortunately, there's an unnecessary reqt to create an account. Worse, devs have written the plus bug (in 2019!), making it impossible to create one (my valid email address has a + in it, they only say, infuriatingly and incorrectly, "please enter a valid email address"). Maybe they'll fix this properly by not requiring an "account", or at least remove their plus bug and allow valid email addresses. I'll try again later

Can't even use the app. Keep getting a something went wrong error. Can't even leave feedback with out having to ok the error message numerous time. I really would love to learn Lakota, but guess I'll have to keep searching for a source that actually works.
