The M App: finally a single mobile app to manage all of your trips in the Grenoble area (Grenoble-Alpes Métropole, Grésivaudan and Pays Voironnais)! By bus, tram, bike, car or on foot, whatever mode of travel you choose, L’Appli M makes your daily life easier thanks to the numerous services offered

THE BEST ROUTES ► You instantly find the best routes for your trips. Thanks to the route planner, you can easily compare the different route options and plan your trips more confidently.
ALL MODES OF TRANSPORT AROUND YOU ► walking, cycling, public transport, car, carpooling, car sharing, self-service bicycles and scooters, taxi… Find all the information and services linked to all modes of travel existing. The integrated geolocation tool allows you to easily find your position on the map, but also the mobility solutions available to you.

REAL-TIME INFORMATION ►You are kept informed in real time: passage times, availability of parking spaces, traffic conditions, etc. You can therefore adapt your journeys at the very last moment.

NOTIFICATIONS OF DISRUPTIONS ►You are alerted in the event of disruptive or exceptional events. Delays, deviations, accidents, works... The main events likely to disrupt your travels are brought to your attention immediately. During pollution peaks, you are alerted of the restrictions and support measures put in place.

TRAVEL BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT ►No more need for change to pay for your ticket in an emergency. On the M TAG, M TouGo, Pays Voironnais, and Cars Région networks within the Metropolis: you buy your ticket directly in the application then you validate by flashing the QR Code on board the bus or on the platforms at the stations trams. You will find the price corresponding to your profile (age, student, employee, 80% disabled, family quotient) and according to the desired duration: travel ticket, monthly or annual subscription. The monthly tailor-made offer is also available.

MANAGE AND RECHARGE AN OURA CARD ►No need to go to an agency! You can recharge your card or that of a third party directly in the app and check the balance. Available for M TAG transport tickets only. Ordering a card on Appli M will soon be available.

CARPARE WITH M COVOIT’ LIGNES+ ► You can easily find the carpooling stops of the M covoit’ Lignes + service. In the Grenoble metropolis, in Grésivaudan or Voironnais, you carpool without reservation with users who share your direction.

ACCESS THE CAR PARKS IN THE CENTER OF GRENOBLE ►You can park more easily in the 13 car parks in the urban heart of Grenoble. Once your M account is created, the barriers open automatically as you pass and you only pay when you are parked.

A PERSONALIZED APP ►You save time on your favorite journeys. Agile and intuitive, the M App also allows you to easily keep and find your favorite services and your recurring trips as favorites.

COMING SOON: RESERVE YOUR CITIZ CAR-SHARING VEHICLES ►You will soon be able to access the Citiz car-sharing service more simply. The M App will allow you to rent a self-service car, near you, for your getaways during your free time or for your daily business trips.

Ratings and reviews

So bad. It should be a really good app to use, but it doesn't work properly. I bought 10 tickets (cheaper deal), but had to buy new tickets at the tram stop because the app wouldn't load. Sometimes, it freezes on the home screen. Other times, it remains loading, or get stuck on a different screen and nothing will happen. Completely useless when you need to open it and scan the barcode to validate your ticket. Avoid this app!

Avsolutely unusable. Regularly fails to start, and even if it does, it takes a minute or more to start up. I need to access my ticket! It also regularly logs me out (possibly after updates), which leads to even greater delays. The navigation interface is also a disaster, there is no reason not to use Google Maps.

Not usable. Always dysfunction. Cannot connect. Itinerary search often is wrong or sends you to use m'covoit or buses you'd have to book hours earlier. Paper tickets are not better : the ink of the QR codes fades away pretty fast and makes it unusable. Customer relations service is poor, really next to nil: they don't even take bugs report into account. Worst public transport service ever. Huge degradation from what it was a few years ago. Wouldn't recommend. Take your car instead.
