Leaving this review since the app (or website) doesn't have any way AT ALL to contact any type of support. I've used the service before & had a great experience, so this was jarring. My LK, Jwana McNeal (in case you get paired up), has not been clear, concise, or consistent in comms & would message at all sorts of odd hours, barely responded, & couldn't even keep their own follow up timelines. Didn't want it to come this, but the service has no way to either switch LK's or reach support. 🤷‍♂️

Great experience with LH. Got $400 back on my rental. My apartment isn't a mansion, but it wasn't anything to do with LH. They offer cash back on almost all of the rentals I looked up. Great communication from their support team.
