UPDATE: The solution was resolved by indeed selecting the correct translation! I do have access to my old purchased New Testament notes. I even purchased the new OT&NT notes with the physical Bible. Fantastic content. But much of the Old Testament is missing underlines (I toggled them)! You can only access the notes by clicking the magenta verse number 😓 And the UI also feels dated. And it should've been made more clear with the initial rollout where to access my original NT notes purchase.

This is my go-to Bible and where I journal the most. Just a few wishlist items that would be great to have: 1) Widgets for quote-of-the-day or checklist of daily readings - basically a visual reminder to keep my eyes always on The Word and interact with it, and 2) a 3rd party, cloud backup/restore option so that I'm not always incredibly worried that all of my notes/journals, highlights, tags, etc. will disappear someday with absolutely no way to restore them. That would be such a tragedy!

Great app in its free version. Outstanding with the additional inexpensive Bible explanations. Helps you read the Bible from a first century Jew's perspective and interpretation. User crested "Tags" are deleted from "Notes" if you later edit the Note in question. It is rather frustrating to create a Tag to allow you to easily find a Bible verse with a Note to only have the Note and Tag disappear into the Bible app if you make a later edit.
