This is the Bible app I use for searching Scripture as it offers the RSV-CE translation but that's about the only use I have for it right now. The other features available as in-app purchases don't attract me to justify adding them to the app.
Just ok. The App is just ok for daily readings. Also too many purchases required to access any little resource. Synchronising is another big bug that won't allow one to exit the App with ease.
The Word in my pocket Thank you so much for this app. This is the version I read and I would like to be able to take it anywhere I go. I could not afford the pocket edition published by Scepter, so this is the next best thing. Again, thank you Ignatius Press and Lighthouse. God bless you and your apostolate.
One of the best Biblical commentaries This app combines Scott Hahn's Ignatius Catholic Study Bible with the dramatized Truth and Life audio Bible, making it one of the best Biblical studies apps available for study or devotional use. My only complaint is that instead of using the approved RSV Catholic Edition alone, the app also includes the publisher's own RSV "Second Catholic Edition," which hasn't clearly been reviewed and approved by Secretariat of Doctrine and Canonical Affairs. The commentary only appears with the Second Edition selected.
bait and switch just barely usable: to get full benefit you'd have to spend a lot of money. no obvious way of removing it from an lg optimus exceed 2. disappointed.
Good App, though expensive! Works as expected though a lot of financial requisites attached to most features.
