Great concept. Some tweaks to work on. 1) Search function and filters need work. Not easy to find MyLion users that you know have joined MyLion. 2) Links/Connectivity not all there yet. I can see members that are in my club or have followed an activity, but pressing on their avatar does not allow me to get to their profile or to follow them. 3. Can't change start time from PM to AM when creating event. App shows some promise. I look forward to watching it improve.
I didn't have my ID number with me so I couldn't register right away. I have to wait until I get my new membership card. Perhaps if would help to get more members to actually sign up for the MyLion application if you gave people the option of entering their membership number or their Clubs identification number? Also, when entering my date of birth, I had to backspace month by month until I reached the year of my date of birth. There should be an option to enter a year rather than having to hit backspace 654 times to reach the year of my date of birth.
An app with a good thought. But a lot of functional issues. Photo cannot be uploaded, cannot create a club profile, editing our details and email verification is also not functional. Need lots of refinement. Anyway a step in right direction.
This app was released prematurely and has all kinds of functionality issues. I can't even find my own club but a club 1200 miles away shows up as a local club.
Difficult to create the initial account. Took me a while to figure out how to enter my birthday without flipping through every month of my life to reach the date. It asks for either your email address or cellphone number, but it wouldn't accept my phone number and would only take the email address associated with my LCI record. I haven't tried to actually use it, but doesn't look like something a sleepy little club like mine would have much use for.
App won't work for me at all. Can't register. Says check email for registration code but I never received it. Tried using my cell phone to register but tells me "not on file". Tried changing email but says "not on file".
We are always improving the MyLions app so members can better serve their communities.
In this release, we made some improvements to newsfeed, activities, user profile and club profile. The notifications are now more helpful. We've updated the filter options for discovering activities based on feedback from our Lions.
