With the My Patient Portal app from LMH Health, manage your healthcare with ease. Access all your medical information and contact your providers with the click of a button.

Once you login to the My Patient Portal app, you can:
* Request and manage your appointments
* Request medication refills
* Securely message your provider 24/7
* View lab, imaging and radiology reports
* View your visit notes, summaries and vaccination records

Participating providers also can allow you to add your HealthKit data to your electronic medical record.

If you have access to multiple healthcare organization portals, you may view other participating portals through this app.

Ratings and reviews

I have been getting an error at sign-in. I've uninstalled the app and then reinstalled it and the same thing. I tried to access the patient portal and had success after I went through the steps. It had been working fine, then it stopped.

This app is junk. Can't even get logged I'm to check my records. Re set my password twice, un installed the app and re installed and still nothing. So now what, wait for the to call with my results.

Does not work any more. I can log in on a browser but the app is worthless.
