About this app

The objective of the Virtual Health Card application is to facilitate citizens' access to their health card on the mobile, allowing access to health services without the need to present the physical health card. To do this, a smartphone will be used as a container for a virtual card that identifies the user before the different actors that provide Health-related services.

The app works for me before, but two or three weeks ago, the app suddenly doesn't recognise my password. Today, I went and ask for a new QR code from the health center, unfortunately that didn't solve the issue because now, it just won't accept the new QR code saying that it was invalid. This app is a good idea, it just needs to be executed better.

After waiting 1 minute for the app to load... "Connection to the server unsuccessful". And yes my internet works fine. What is CIPA? And you need a code that they send to the mobile phone associated with the card... So if you have a new phone number this won't work. Pathetic development of an app, very badly thought about.

All I want to do is get a copy of my covid vaccination certificate. Why do they make something so simple and essential so difficult? I need to reset my password in the app and it tells me to go to the centro salud. Incredible. So I try via the website and apparently I need a digital certificate, which again I need to do in person. Absolutely ridiculous. Is this the third world? Or perhaps its all a scam to keep funcionarios in work
