A unique blend of visual, audio and kinesthetic approaches gives you accelerated insight into the current state of your mind and body. There are two versions, a longer audio-guided version, and a shorter version to be done at your own speed once you have had some practice.
The TRANSFORMATION meditations (available via In-App purchase) help you to take control, rewire your brain, and respond with new awareness to difficult situations in your life.
