In need of update It's been over a year since the last update. Time for a refresh. App can be buggy at times...also the notification tone that I set from within the app is not the correct tone that plays when an alert comes through. I figure this is something to do with the updated android operating system. Would also be great to go back more than just a day to listen to alerts.
Used for years but could be improved. My Dept has used it for a few years now. It's really nice & convenient to use because we always have our phone with us. But lately I was traveling on business & I took off the pager setting in the app but in the middle of a meeting the app went off as if the pager setting was on. It was a little embarrassing. I use a Samsung Galaxy S5, is it just me or does anyone else have this issue?
Written address If you all could put it In the app to where the address will pop up on app or in a text message so we could click on it and map pops up. That would help a lot
My pager is like really late The app was working perfect but then the pager didn't go off til like 10 minutes to an hour after after the original call went out when it used to be only a minute after the call went out and this is very important that it works and tells me right when the call goes out especially in the middle of the night because my pager doesn't puck up at my house. The app would get 5 stars if this was fixed
Use to work well ....totally unreliable since the software update a few weeks.back .....please fix !!!! Andrew from e dispatches phoned me today 12/18 and was very helpful . gonna try for a week . I will update the comments after next week. UPDATE....,better but still not as good as it was
5/15/16 Logs me out 2 to 3 times a day. Full of glitches. 7/15/16 still having problems. Still loging out all the time. Chief's don't wast your money. They won't fix problems.
