App is OK, gets my expenses done, however I hate that the app starts in the inbox... Which I have no need for, and the add expense button is in the top right vs bottom right
Absolutely no tech support and they keep putting you off can't answer any questions and make excuses and have us do their job to troubleshoot concur is much more user-friendly
I loved this app until it's most recent update. Now it has way more steps then necessary, I can't go back and edit receipts which causes it to be less organized, and its overall becoming a pain to use
I love this app. Been using it for a year. Has helped simplify and organize my business. I am an unorganized person, so this app is a saint.
This app sure makes expense reporting easy. I always put it off as long as possible in the past.
Update: the app is still clunky as heck, takes forever to upload receipts, sometimes losing them or updates to the connected expense in the process. It's ironic that their smartscan instructions (jokingly?) say to burn your receipts after you've snapped a photo. I NEVER use the app directly to take a photo because I've had too many receipts go missing. It seems like it really really struggles to finish uploads or updates in the background. So I always take a photo on another app and upload later. ---- It's a very rare occasion (and typically a laughably small expense report) that I can complete a report from start to submit in the app. Major functions missing: -Bulk editing expenses (eg to add categories or descriptions) -Bulk adding expenses to a report -Merging credit card and receipt expenses that weren't auto-merged (eg when receipt is in foreign currency and CC charge is in dollars)
