So far so good My doctor wants me to put weight back on (I lost too much this year, weird) so I'm using this app to make sure I get enough calories. It's working out great so far. The only thing I'd fix would be that there are wayyyyy too many duplicate food items.
Really Works & Easy to Use Like I said, it worked for me, made me really understand how much I put into my body. I would suggest this to everyone who wants a little help losing weight and just dont know what their doing wrong. This app is for you.
My faith in weight loss has been restored This app is so helpful to someone like me...I work full time, don't exercise enough and have always been a foodie...This app is easy to use, it allows me to keep track of what i eat, my water intake, and exercise..Most important, it allows me to be accountable for what i am doing. I also love the fact that it calculates calories of all foods, and whatever is not loaded in database can be scanned with barcode feature.
Crap App Cool concept, bad app. Used the app for 3 days. By the third day I noticed that my 1st & 2nd days & entries were completely screwed up. Hope the app gets A LOT better because I was really liking it until today.
Very helpful tracking calories in and exercise This AP is easy to use and helpful for weight loss or maintenance-- add foods eaten & track calories in and burned with exercises. I don't like multiple whole raw real foods like and fruits and nuts are hard to find actual real values because of all the user added stuff.
Used to work well in the past but no more Keeps deleting the food entries that I entered. Managing you own food is still messy and hasn't inproved since a year or two ago. A pity.
