The only way for me to lose weight is to count calories, intake and burned. I absolutely love this app. Its exactly what i was looking for. Thank you so much and i always look forward to logging in my diary. Since i started this app i all ready lost 2 lbs safely of course and I'm tickled i found a way to keep the motivation to count and keep track of calories. I'm not saying it'll work for everyone, but it works for me. My last resort was surgery and i refuse to do that. I done everything else, dieting, pills, fasting, killing myself with workouts, eating right, nothing worked but calories count and tracking did. Now this app can make it more exciting. Thank you for designing this app.
Could be good, but full of bugs. Simple search adding an egg results in many duplicate results. Tried other foods, same problems. None had the correct micro nutrients. Scrolling problematical. Weight was incorrect. Screen items overlapped. Could not import data from Garmin.
Just started using the app and though I had some trouble initially getting it set up, all is good. The interface is nice and clean, food tracking seems good, I haven't used it enough to give it a proper review. Overall, I do like the app and the developer seems to be quite attentive and helpful as well
Love the manual calories entry feature, such a handy feature but missed out by most of the apps outside! updated: It was 5 star, the reason I gave 3 star is because the manual calories entries is not working in my device. Nothing happens when I clicked Save. I have sent a support ticket on it.
There is a Request: Please add "Total carb, proteins and fats consumed in grams" in the "Daily Diary" page... Waiting for a reply, thanx.
