Ratings and reviews

Have been using this for 2 years now for my father and the app has improved so much now. Interface looks nice and the graph is finally useful. I just wish it could send out notifications when a donation is received as I don't receive notifications via SMS also.

Very bad experience ever .... I have submitted mu all of documents still not verified and the customer support not responding on call nor email... We need that why we are here but the experience is not good...we can't get money on time

The worst. They take forever to accept your bank account for a withdraw. Their live chat rarely works. They don't reply to emails. The agents or whatever that call you end up not answering their calls when you need to call them. Trash customer support. Unreliable. They take days and days to receive any sort of half response from them. I definitly do not recommend this platform for anyone who seriously requires donations. Milaap has been the worst experience when it comes to their service.
