Slow and jerky when clicking on links - seems to 'hang' and I have to re-click the link to kickstart it and then it seems to work and loads. I have deleted all cache with uninstall/re-install but no improvement. This occurs on 4G and when connected to high speed WiFi router, so this is not the issue. No issues with chrome or UC browser.
Works fine but annihilates my battery. When plugged into a non USB 3 port, the charge can't even keep up with the battery drain. Since battery usage is the main thing I care about with any app I have no choice but to uninstall. The non-beta is fine though.
Sometimes Web page contents are unresponsive to the touches. Font sizes in web pages are not changing according to system font size.Give us options to rearrange pinned sites, bookmarks. Inbuilt player is very basic, not even has volume, brightness, progress gesture controls. Some webpages are not formatted for mobile correctly, and not displaying all information on web page. Need good download manager. Add a feature to select text anywhere on the web( especially on Facebook). Scrolling down the webpages is not smooth enough. Finding the add-ons which support Firefox android is very difficult. Finally Firefox is not as fast as chrome but I use it anyway.
I would make this my default browser if you somehow managed to fix the Google search page. It feels like I am using an old java phone.
I want to like it but it's so slow and jerky. I can't wait for the Quantum project's advances to come to Android.
I think it could flow better and be a little more appealing on the look. It's also very heavy on memory. I have nothing installed. It's stock. :/ Take a look at UC browser. It has great potential.
