Easy to use, syncs well, good user interface. Wish I'd started using it years ago. Only issue is the font in the notes section of each task is reduced to a smaller font compared to the normal font size in Outlook tasks. So when viewing tasks on the PC, the notes are quite small. Overall though a great app.
I have the paid version and it works great. I can group by priorty, sort as needed and display only active task. I don't like to display task if their start date hasn't began. Of course if I need to, I can easily see them. ALSO, I had an issue, my fault I forgot how to do it, emailed them on a Sunday and they quickly answered back. WAY better than Microsofts nothing. And I think you can do the stuff I do in the free version, I just didn't like the ads.
STAY AWAY. THE WORST SCAM I HAVE EVER SEEN. DELETES TASKS ON ITS OWN! CREATES MULTIPLE VERSIONS OF SAME TASK! DOES NOT DISPLAY RECURRING TASKS!!! NOOOOOOO REPLY FROM TECH SUPPORT AFTER MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS TO REACH THEM!!!!! STAY AWAY!
I use it because it is the only game in town that seems to actually work. However, it frequently causes my tasks to duplicate themselves and I have to go in and delete the duplicated tasks. Other than that, it works well. I've not tried the Google Now integration, but I really like the idea, just afraid to enable it with the duplication error I experience.
Works as expected. Keeps your tasks synced and organized. Being so busy these days, keeping your schedule, tasks and notes up to date is a chore in itself. Keep up the good work and continue to improve :).
Wow I have tried so many of these task lists, and this one is by far the best. Just works, and if you like control, you can really fine tune. Dev is fully engaged and responds quickly.
- New: In-app quick add - uses the Robot engine (former Robot Voice) (smart parsing of the title)
- View: Default values - tags= supports a list of tags with "," separator
- Fix: Task completed date option
