Scheduling appointments, securely communicating with your UTHealth Houston physician, viewing test results, finding a location, refill prescriptions, and more is now at your fingertips with the MyUTHealth patient portal for The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston patients of UT Physicians clinics and the UTHealth Harris County Psychiatric Center (HCPC).

Integrating the MyUTHealth app, which replaced the patient portal called MyUTP this year, with Google Fit can also allow you to incorporate steps walked, calorie intake, blood pressure, and glucose level into your portal account. It’s a one-stop app for all things related to your health and fitness.

The switch from the previous system has been an abysmal failure. All of my years of medical history, medications, immunizations and family medical history are gone. I have asked about it through the app some time ago but I haven't received any replies. It lists the one provider that I have seen since the changeover but when I wanted to send that provider a message, the app then said that I had no providers.

This is a great app! Very user friendly and detailed with many pertinent options. It's been a great way to stay in touch with my doctor and her staff and receive very timely responses without the hassle of calling and having to leave a message and waiting for someone to call you back. Top notch! Highly recommend!

This is a great app. All my important medical history and information with immediate access. Also great for making appointments without the phone wait. Also great help with COVID-19 vaccination data.
