About this app

MyWalkThru is an app that produces a comprehensive report of the condition of a home. The primary use of the app is for rental property reporting on the inventory and condition of a home at move in. Taking photos and making comments is important to all parties concerned. The receipt of this documentation can be useful for the protection of the security deposit. If an issue exists on the property and is reported before move in, the tenant may not be held responsible for the issue when the security deposit is at risk. Documentation of the property is important and can salvage the deposit

Awful app. Would only work for the 1st day on one device. I tried on the 2nd device and it was creating its own report, no sync between devices. All the photos appear to be missing and not reported. If you use this app, only upload from your library. That way you still have copies of all the pictures you take. Lost so much data since we cleaned up a lot of the damage after the pics.

You can't upload photos you've already taken, you have to take the photo while you are uploading it. So the dozen photos from yesterday are worthless. And in 1 hallway it erases every selection I make so I can't finish. Also, everytime you select an option, it kicks you to the "areas" menu and you have to rescroll through the option tree again. Obviously not consumer tested. The only good thing is it has rooms and things found in the room pre-categorized. Please don't make your tenants use this.

An absolute nightmare of an experience to use. It glitches up constantly, won't let you upload multiple photos, freezes when submitting sections, won't let you view the photos you submit. It's like they hired a 1st grader to program this and then did zero QA testing on it. I don't know why property managers use such a broken app. It's so incredibly frustrating that I want to rip my balls off and jump in a volcano because of this hot garbage.
