Ratings and reviews

The app is not working properly. Unable to retrieve the consultation details and test results. Every time the app is keep on loading and unable to get the expected data. The app is too slow. It is surprising to see hospital like Narayana maintaining the app like this. Finally this app is not User friendly and too slow.... App maintenance to be improved....

I’m unable to log in from Bangladesh. If logging in is not possible, there’s no need to register using a Bangladeshi number. I can simply register with my email. I’ve also called several times for a video consultation but haven’t received any response.

The app has a great interface, but I am currently unable to log in as the OTP is not being delivered to my mobile number or email. Additionally, my patient records are not appearing in my account. I would appreciate it if the support team could resolve these bugs to improve patient access. I hope the technical team can look into these connectivity issues soon. Thank you.
