Ratings and reviews

I would like my accounts to be "updated automatically with balance", after spending money or making a transfer. I would like for "all" accounts on mobile banking to show a preview of transactions made on each of them. Other than that, I like using the mobile banking app because I can still get some things done without calling the bank so often.

The most recent update 2 /12/2026. is absolutely HORRENDOUS and INTRUSIVE. How dare you link the security of YOUR app to my DEVICE!! It is not convient. It is not secure. It reeks of personal invasion. NFFCU has had some seemly changes since 2020. You may yet another member. My actual rating for the update is ZERO, ZILCH, NADA, Not a damn Stars

The new and improved app is great. Interface is streamlined and the security is top notch. It's always a good thing when there are more options to handle my financial needs.
