About this app

The initial version NAUI Worldwide ® Mobile App provides NAUI members and NAUI divers (public users) the ability to view their online NAUI CORE (Certifications; Online training; Resources; and Educational material) profile. Both members and divers will have access to their certifications and digital c-Cards (if purchased or bundled with their original course) as well as various dive tools to assist with dive planning. Members will in addition have access to:
• Their Membership Information;
• Digital Credential Card is membership is active; and
• Membership Resources (for example the NAUI Standards and Policies Manual, Risk Management Handbook as well as various regularly utilised forms)
Future releases of the App will expand on the above base functionality.

Used to work so I could get to certification cards, now just freezes on the opening splash screen. I'm using a Pixel 4. Sure would be nice if you'd just allow us to get to those cards thru the website too... If nothing else, as a backup to times like these when the app doesn't work at all. Edit: very quick response from the developer. Clearing cache and storage did the trick. Would still very much like to see certification cards accessible from the full website though.

Thanks for your message. We have identified this issue with some phones running Android. Please clear the App cache and storage/data by holding down on the app icon itself and select app info and from there clear both the cache and storage/data and relaunch the app - This should resolve the issue you are experiencing. Please consider to re-rate.

Update: received support email from dev team with steps to delete app cache and data. After that, app works perfectly. Thanks! Latest release of app (June 2021) no longer opens. Just shows NAUI splash screen and freezes there. Old version was fine. Will re-rate once fixed.

Wow so easy to keep your certs (update) with the new Android problem. You will not only have to go in and clear the cache and the data, but you will also have to go in and change the permissions. The NAUI app needs permission to access location. It also needs access to storage. So in settings go into permissions then look for the now we app, and change permissions to allow the now we app to have access to location and storage. Storage needs to be all the time, and location can be set for eithe
