My wife got booted out, and was unable to log-in, so she asked me to verify the email address and password that she was using is correct. I told her it was, but I used an internet browser to verify, and it was correct. I logged out of the app, and tried to log back in, and now I can't either, so both of us can't log into the app. By the way, the messaging center frequently mislabels email. For example, Personal email get labeled as Promotions. Also, the app is very laggy.

the platform is great, but the app is very clunky. It's basically the browser version. it's takes a while to load and it's not reliable, you're better off using the browser version. the only reason i still have it is because of the notifications.
