I used this app for years. Was great, like having a teller in your pocket. I've used a lot of features such as transfer money between accounts, apply for advanced loan and even benefited from depositing a utility refund check by taking a picture of the front and back of the check (after signing the back, like regular), all within the app. Many great benefits, except for the warm smile and cheerful conversation of a teller, in person. NOW, nothing works except checking balances.

I've been a loyal member of SECU for nearly 10 years, and was super excited when they released their mobile app. I just want to say the app has almost always been a pleasant experience, and the customer service even moreso. I was able to call in at 8AM on a Saturday and get my issue resolved promptly with a kind agent. Highly recommend them to anyone that is able to join!

I find the SECU app very user-friendly. It would, however, help to have more detailed information about each use of my debit card and auto-drafts from my account. The full name of the business and a more thorough description of the transaction would be great. I do like that i can watch over my son's accounts, too, and easily transfer money to him. Overall, i really like the app.
