Nothing on the app works. I installed it and attempted to register in order to review test results rather than waiting for my GP to forward them. The registration failed due to a "System Error." It provided me with a long code to provide to Support for assistance, but when clicked, nothing happens. Then it showed I was logged in, but the app is blank except for a Menu button that just says "System Error" and a couple other buttons that don't open anything.

If I didn't need this app I wouldn't use it ever again! It's constantly got some sort of issue. It's rare that I can login without uninstalling and re installing this app. Never use your fingerprint as a log in. That always ends up being an issue. Once you're logged in it's a great way to connect with your doctor. I wish I could use this with the pharmacy at Northern Light but it is what it is.

do not turn on the biometrics, otherwise it Will not open a second time after it's been installed. I needed to uninstall it and reinstall it to open it. Turns out the fingerprint scanner just doesn't work. If I don't turn on the biometrics, I can sign on with the password. It would be nice if the biometrics worked.
