do not turn on the biometrics, otherwise it Will not open a second time after it's been installed. I needed to uninstall it and reinstall it to open it. Turns out the fingerprint scanner just doesn't work. If I don't turn on the biometrics, I can sign on with the password. It would be nice if the biometrics worked.

If I didn't need this app I wouldn't use it ever again! It's constantly got some sort of issue. It's rare that I can login without uninstalling and re installing this app. Never use your fingerprint as a log in. That always ends up being an issue. Once you're logged in it's a great way to connect with your doctor. I wish I could use this with the pharmacy at Northern Light but it is what it is.

I used to be able to sign in with a fingerprint scan. Now it does not show a fingerprint scan, and even when I do sign in it just reloads the login screen. How did this app become so bad when it worked fine before? You need to stop whatever these changes are, you're just breaking things for no good reason.
