New app or old, unable to download publications to read offline. Also getting some bugs when attempting to access some menu features. Very disappointed. All this has occurred since the 'upgrades' and changes to the system. Have messaged about difficulties through the conventional web site 7 days ago but no response. Hopefully they are busy fixing things.

Go back to the magazine. This platform sucks and I doubt any one needs any screen time.

this has been pretty tricky. I can't yet copy and paste articles. but I'll keep trying. Maybe a young person can help me.
