This app is awesome for tracking nutrition. I often use it to figure out what I should eat for dinner based on what I still have left to check off. Without it I would often forget to eat fruit or take B12. I would really love it if you could add other categories like omega-3's, but considering it's made by volunteers, it's already super awesome. I show it to people in hopes they start their own health journey all the time.

This app is the best thing that could have happened to me. Before I had a phone that could handle apps, I made a felt lined poster board of all the categories, and used velcro-backed cutouts to mark my progress. But it's hard at the end of the day, to go back and mark everything. With this app I can do it at each meal, and it helps me know what other categories I need. Looking at nutrition information just made me depressed. But focusing on the categories of good food just helps me feel better.

I really like this app and the visual reminder to focus on getting the most nutrient-dense foods into my diet every single day. I'm still relatively new to the Daily Dozen and WFPB, although I've been plant-based for nearly half a year. I hope there will continue to be some modifications to the app as others have suggested. I like having the 21 tweaks available to mark off, too.
