Amazing app! Way better than the iPhone version because it keeps your history, tracks streaks, and reminds you with adorable icons like little strawberries to log your daily dozen! The check boxes are also more practical. This app has changed the way I eat and the results have been life changing! Instead of feeling deprived by thinking about what I cannot eat, this a makes it a treasure hunt to find all of the things I'm trying to eat in a day.
The Dr himself seems to do a lot to inform people of correct eating habit with FActs. And that is more then what the industry is doing with it's wacky fact... In a land of "statins" everyone is on a pill or 2 but no one is getting better. I've Islamic text on food and the Dr book how not to die confirms my belief in the text I have read..."all diseases start from the stomach"
No ads, great way to make sure you are getting everything you need in a day to stay healthy! Also has links to all foods suggested with informative videos to learn from! This is what we need to help people.
I love that this app encouraged me to eat the healthy foods to prevent disease. It actually helps me remember all the components of a healthy diet which doesn't feel restrictive. So I am much more likely to use it daily.
Great app! Nice and simple with no ads or extra un necessary things with it. Really helps to keep in mind what things you might be lacking during the day. Love it!
I actually can't remember everything and this solves that problem. More than that I consider before eating something not worth earning a checkmark for so I am doing better making wise choices.
