Phone app is horrible. There are too many problems and missing features to list. One big problem, you can't change the temperature if the system is running on a schedule. Can not change on app or thermastate.

phone app lacks a number of features. 1) scheduling does exist in application. 2) no feedback on whether the fan is running for heat or cool. 2) no web access. The thermostat itself is nicely laid out. Please add features on the phone app

App needs programmable access to the thermostat. You can't program or make adjustments to any program thru the app. All programming settings must be done on the thermostat itself. Very unconvienent. App is fairly rudimentary for today's technology.
