About this app

Are you a Walmart associate who wants help navigating store policy? A shoulder to lean on? Someone to vent to?

WorkIt is a FREE community space for Walmart workers (NOT run by Walmart) where you can:
- Share experiences and hear from other Walmart workers,
- Get expert advice on Walmart policy,
- Build relationships with Walmart workers around the country,
- Share ideas on how to make work in our stores better,
- And get support from experienced moderators (who are former Walmart associates) on how to build a better workplace.

We all deserve to have our voice heard. The WorkIt community works with you to build a better, safer, stronger, happier workplace; a place of respect.

Why should I trust this app?

Created in collaboration with United for Respect, WorkIt is run by current and former Walmart associates who know how hard working at Walmart can be and who believe that everyone deserves dignity and respect at work. This app is NOT affiliated with the Walmart company.

Is my information safe on the app?

We have a terms of service and privacy policy that protects your identity and your data. Your personal information is not visible to other users and is never shared with other organizations. What you share on the app, stays on the app.

Ratings and reviews

Completely worthless. Will not complete the sign up process. Program just hangs after entering information required and pressing continue. Samsung A21 Android 10.

Depends on which device it's downloaded to. Downloaded to Samsung A71 and wouldn't work at all. Downloaded to IPAD mini 4 and works as expected.

Tried to ask a question anonymously, click the field get a blank box with no options. Trash app waste of space. No I will not email more info
