About this app

OI Shopping List is a powerful application which makes it easy to create and manage checklists. OI Shopping List makes it easy to add items to a list, check the item off, and remove it from the list. The application can track separate prices for each store that you use, and features a high level of customization. Font size, sort order, list columns, and list cleanup behavior are all settings controlled by the user. All of these features are brought together in a crisp layout that is customizable through a variety of themes.

Should be five stars...except for one thing. Over years using one device you develop a large list of items and prices. Then it's time for a new cellphone. You've backed your list up. So now the shopping list CSV is on the new Android phone. I click on Import, and all it tells me is there's no file to import. This slightly important information seems to be non-existant. And to make things worse, the developer email bounces as undeliverable and to contact postmaster. It doesn't exist.

I really do love this app. I use it for a lot more than shopping lists. I do wish I could sync the data in it between my two phones & my tablet so I would always have a copy of the data in my other devices in case my phone dies. I live in fear of losing everything. My favorite use for this app is to track my bills,(due dates, pymts date, the amount paid & the confirmation number). It's bill tracking made easy w/o all the foo-foo. None of the bill planner/budget apps do what I need them to do.

Have used this app over 4 years, just love it. Have tried others but none come close to it. Use the lists for everything. Even have my cat list. If any get out, I just check them on the list to see who is missing. Only one thing would make it better, sometimes I am on my tablet and will add something when I think of it but forget to add to my phone list. So if the 2 would sync it would be the best of all apps.
