Ratings and reviews

App is super convenient! You don't have to go into a store or type out a long code to check if you've won. The automatic entry/prompting about the second-chance drawings is an appreciated feature. My only critique is the notifs for games (like when powerball reaches a certain jackpot amount) is rarely timely. Not sure why there isn't a push notif as soon as the information is officially updated w/ the lottery rather than sending one on the day of the drawing. Maybe it's my phone's settings?

I signed up for jackpot alerts when they hit a certain amount.... you guys really need to send alerts sooner than 1h:59m before ticket sales close. The scan feature although sluggish at times, is still pretty cool though.... just dropped it to 2... you're still giving less than a 2 hour notice and by the time I get it I'm at work... no reason you couldn't send it out in the morning, you know the night before if there is a winner.

Love being able to get a 2nd chance! Now if I could just win! 😁. I have had issues with the scanner before, but when I turn up the lighting on my screen that seems to help. And I always us the light button. Just have to watch for the reflection to not get in the way! It definitely depends on your camera, my old one had a terrible time, but instead of blaming the app, I used a different phone. That's how I knew it was me, not the app! Thank you Oregon Lottery people, for all you do!☺️
